At the Battery Pass booth, you can expect to see Europe’s first Battery Passport software demonstrator (MVP) and a unique 3-D model made by LEGO bricks, illustrating the data flow along the battery value chain. Additionally, you’ll gain exclusive insights from the first-ever assessment of the Battery Passport’s benefits for business, society, and the environment. The booth will also present the first proposal for a technical standard stack and guidance on how to implement Battery Passports in a compliant and interoperable manner with other solutions.
On Monday April 22, at 13:05-13:35 we will officially hand over the new publications to Parliamentary State Secretary at BMWK, Stefan Wenzel.
That same day, join us at Tech Transfer Stage in Hall at 15:55 for a presentation by Tilmann Vahle, Director, Sustainable Mobility and Batteries at Systemiq Ltd. and Battery Pass consortium lead together with Thomas Knothe, Head of the Business Process and Factory Management at Fraunhofer IPK. Their session ‘The Battery Passport, an enabler for sustainable and circular battery value chains’, will provide insights into what Battery Passports are, ongoing developments in the field, and how companies can turn this new requirement into an exciting opportunity.
