The BATTERY EXPERTS FORUM is an annuall conference that offers an unparalleled platform for exchanging information on the latest developments in battery technology, presenting innovative products and services, and making valuable business contacts through renowned exhibitors, a comprehensive conference program and first-class trade visitors.
The event will be accompanied by a specialized exhibition with up to 150 exhibitors, representing key players across the entire battery supply chain. These exhibitors encompass a wide spectrum, ranging from cell and battery manufacturers to OEMs and end-users. The exhibition will showcase innovative solutions across various aspects, including battery systems, materials, components, production techniques, and testing and recycling processes.
The BATTERY EXPERTS FORUM serves as an ideal platform to showcase your research and projects, offering opportunities to stay updated on the most recent advancements in battery technology.

The Battery Pass Consortium will contribute to the event in form of presentations by Tilmann Vahle (Co-Lead Mobility Platform, SYSTEMIQ Deutschland), Prof. Dr. Thomas Knothe (Head of Department Business Process and Factory Management at Fraunhofer IPK),
Arne Grünewald (Project manager Batteries and energy storage systems, VDE) and Patrick Zank (Project engineer BESS, VDE)

Tilmann Vahle will hold a presentation on “Battery Passport as enabler of sustainable and circular battery value chains” on 8 November; furthermore, VDE-R will showcase the demonstrator built with LEGO bricks, hold a tutorial on the Battery Regulation on 7 November and a presentation on “second life – quo vadis” on 9 November. Thomas Knothe will participate in Panel Discussion and will discuss interfaces to BP Project and Synergies.
