Hannover Messe 2026

Jonathan Fritz from Gefeg and Thomas Knothe from Fraunhofer IPK will represent BatteryPass-Ready at the Hannover Messe this year.

1️⃣  Wednesday, 22. April

BatteryPass-Ready will contribute to the CircularTech Forum “Digital Product Passport Industry & Standards Forum for Market Adoption”.

Thomas Knothe (Fraunhofer IPK) will give a keynote on “Digital Product Passport System & Architecture” with focus on:

  • the progress within CEN/CENELEC, JTC 24
  • what will be standardised — and what remains industry-driven

The keynote will take place from 15:40 – 16:00 in the Convention Area Hall 19/20, Room New York 2

2️⃣ Thursday, 23. April

Jonathan Fritz (GEFEG) will also be on site on Thursday.

As part BatteryPass-Ready consortium, GEFEG is responsible for the technical implementation of the test environment – thereby ensuring reliable functionality for industry stakeholders.
